Why We Built This Site
Court information is scattered across Missouri’s statewide case system, local court offices, and public-record rules. Iron County residents may need a case number, a hearing date, a docket sheet, or the right office for a narrow request. This resource points to the official channels used by the Missouri Circuit Court, 42nd Judicial Circuit, and the Iron County Circuit Clerk.
It also separates judicial records from county-administration and land-record questions. That distinction matters because the Circuit Clerk, County Clerk, and Recorder have different duties.

What We Cannot Do
Iron County Court Docket does not maintain the official docket, change a hearing setting, accept a filing, issue a certified copy, or decide whether a record is confidential. Only the Missouri Circuit Court, 42nd Judicial Circuit, and its clerk can do those things. A city hall or county office may be a useful routing contact, but it is not automatically the judicial custodian.
Official confirmation matters. Use a court date, docket entry, or record copy as a starting point and confirm a current matter with the Circuit Clerk.
Search Partners
Some content pages include a third-party search widget. It is separate from Missouri Case.net and from the Iron County Circuit Clerk. Its results are not official court records and cannot replace an official search, docket, or clerk confirmation.
